The location of the apartments was perfect for our Christmas getaway. We were able to easily explore the beautiful surroundings and take in the breathtaking scenery. the customer service at the reception was excellent. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home during our stay.

There were a few downsides to our experience. the apartments did not match the photos on the website.

The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is within easy walking distance to the shoreline and city area. This makes it convenient for exploring the city and going shopping. the staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful, accommodating our late checkout request and arranging for car parking. The two-bedroom apartment we stayed in was spacious and well-equipped, with heated floors in the entry and bathroom. The kitchen had all the necessary cookware, glassware, and utensils.

It would have been better if the cupboards in the bedroom were properly maintained, as some of them were hanging off their hinges and in need of repairs.

Loved the "convenience" of the fitness center that doubled as a storage room, the "efficient" 24-hour front desk that never answered the phone, and the "beautiful" sun terrace that was packed with pigeon droppings. Brilliant!
